Summit BnB started with a simple problem: we owned a vacation rental in Keystone and couldn't find reliable local help to manage turnovers and guest issues.
Most cleaning companies were based in Denver—an hour away on a good day, and completely unreachable when I-70 closes for winter storms. Emergency calls went unanswered. Quality was inconsistent.
So we built what we wished existed: a local team that treats every property like their own, responds fast when things go wrong, and understands the unique challenges of mountain vacation rentals.
